Cat sat on keyboard help

So this has happened before and I can usually figure out what buttons the cat sat on and undue it, but this one has me stumped. The F number keys are set to an alternate function now. ie, the volume up key now brings up expose, and the volume down slides the windows around. I have to hold the function key to get them to do the correct function. How do I reset the original functions of the F keys? Thanks!
