I am looking for a program to burn DVD's onto my MBP Hard Drive. What do you suggest? It doesn't have to be free, I will pay some for a more efficient process. Thx

crabapplemon, I know your post mentioned burning DVDs but it sounds like you are wanting to take the contents of a DVD and "rip" (copy) it to your hard drive. If so, Toast might not be the best bet. Check out HandBrake instead.

Haha, sorry, just saw the title, didn't read post.

Yes, you want a ripping program. +1 HandBrake

Thanks
regarding Handbrake, is there anything that I should be tweaking, especially in the output settings, when I rip a DVD? Should i be changing the pixels or other picture settings? Thanks

iTunes will be Ok for music but wouldn't be my first choice for video. I am nut sure but I believe programs like Handbrake give you more options for controlling the video quality and size.
