I have a 13" macbook which I love for travelling, going to work, ect as it's small enough that i don't notice it in my bag, but when i need to do some real work, this becomes a problem.

I want to create some sort of docking system. What i really want is a unit where I can plug in 2 monitors, mouse, keyboard, speakers ect, and then when I come home plug my macbook into the docking unit and i have a desktop.

Henge docks are close to what I want, but they only support 1 monitor, or would i just be better off to get a big 24" screen instead of using 2 19" or so ones?

What have you guys done?

As far as I know, you can only output one video signal so using two monitors (beyond the MacBook's built-in one) is kind of pointless IMHO.

One bigger monitor would probably be the way to go.

As for docks, did you look here?
