Additional video for PowerMac G5

I have a tech-ed teacher with a PowerMac G5 (2.0 DP) that wants an additional video card so he can simultaneously drive two monitors and an LCD projector for instruction. It does not have to be anything super high end. What would you guys recommend for a low-cost additional video card for a 3rd video output to hook him up to his projector? Thanks in advance.
