Its in  > System preferences > Displays

Click on the Arrangement tab in the displays dialogue, there is a Mirror displays button to check

Also if you select Show displays in menu bar, you get a displays icon to get to the display settings from the menu bar

On the older keyboards, it was F7. They've changed it on the newer keyboards (grumblegrumble)
