I have a really specific issue that I have not found a work around for yet.
I have been using Thunderbird synced with MAC OS address book for over a year now. But recently all new group I create seem to have "malformed address errors" when I try to send to the groups. If i take the e-mails out of the group and send to them individually they go through without a glitch.
As soon as I try to create a new group I get the msg
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <>: missing or malformed local part. Please check the message recipient and try again.
when attempting to send to the new groups. All old groups and smart groups work fine. I have tried reinstalling address book, re importing the address book and renaming the groups. Nothing has worked so far.
Any ideas? Would be grateful, as this has been increasing my workload threefold. Thks!
