Re-record the individual tracks within the one .mp3 file using GarageBand, Audio Hijack, Quicktime Pro; or, the best of the lot, WireTap Studio. [Check each of those out with Google.]
No need to re-record. Several programs (such as Amadeus Pro, $40) will split the track up using markers and save each as a separate file. I'll bet even the free Audacity could do this.
