iweb videos not working??

i have videos in my iweb site and they just show up with the Qtime logo and cant play:

the vids are from my HD....fairly large size if that matters...around 350mb-450mb

You need to convert your videos to streaming, compressed web videos. QuickTime can do that for you. Check the export options and, if that's not clear enough, the help menu.
