Installing Parallels

i mac 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Hi guys I am really hoping someone can help me, I have at the moment bootcamp this is where I do my accounts. I want to install parallels and move bootcamp over as I have read somewhere that this can be done but the instructions in the box are not that clear, so the million dollar question is how do you do it :| ?
