I have found a folder called Preview Cache (in User > Library > Preferences > Quark). It contain cache files from all my current and previous Quark work files. Is it safe to delete these cache files?

Thanks.

It's fine to delete the cache files for it, although I don't see any reason to do it.

A quick question re CleanMyMac: I have installed it and it is asking me if I want to remove all unused/not required languages. Is this really safe to do? I think I read something a while ago about how removing all the languages apart from English can have a detrimental effect on some Applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign?

It shouldn't really be a problem, I did it and it only removed language packs not tied to other applications, Photoshop still works absolutely fine
