I like the mouse movement when using it with the Trackpad on my MacBook, but I'd like to turn off acceleration when I'm using a mouse, or possibly to have different settings for the mouse and for the trackpad. Is this possible? I have a couple different Logitech mice I use.

Logitech has its own setup and install - you should be able to control the Logitech mice from there.
Logitech Control Center for Macintosh® OS X

There is also a Mouse in system preferences. There I can change the mouse sensitivity for USB/Bluetooth mice plugged in. This is separate from the trackpad setting.
