Mac Presentation Software (not PPT/iWork)

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a Mac software which can do videos like this (or similar or simpler)

- Symantec EV
- Microsoft / OpenOffice

I know it can be done using Flash, but (for me) it will take very long time and probably the result won't be that satisfying.

so I'm wondering if anyone knows any software in that area?
