I have a problem launching python scripts in terminal. When i try to run the file, I get an error message, saying "Permission denied." I find this strange, due to the fact that I have created the file on the same account, and I have administrator rights. The path is also correct (I have checked that with the file info)

OS: Mac OS 10.6

path and error message ("kylling" being account name):
nr1:~ kylling$ /users/kylling/desktop/py/script1.py
-bash: /users/kylling/desktop/py/script1.py: Permission denied

I found out that i had forgotten to type in "python"
It should have been python /users/kylling/desktop/py/script1.py
