contacts and messenger issue

hey everyone
how would i take my contacts from my iphone 3gs to windows ?
same to notes

and i`m having an issue with my IM plus when using the messenger
when i go to another app and go back to IM it runs from the beginning
i had this problem with my iphone 2g,3g but now i thought it will be fixed with the multitasking on the 3gs

iTunes can hlep you to transfer your contacts to pc,or you can google to solve it. A iPhone transfer software may be your good choice.
