How do i get my settings back?

I just re installed my OSX 10.41 disc, and everything is gone wonky, something to do with keychain items, i keep getting these pop ups, also i lost all my bookmarks on safari, and yes i did press from archive...dont know what to do, thx

Can you explain exactly what kind of errors you're getting? If your passwords are not working and you're receiving popups, you may need to open the keychain app and remove the entries for those items that give an error. Then you can set a new password.

Do you have any kind of backup? If you do, you can restore the Safari bookmarks that way. Otherwise, you may just have to visit all those sites again and bookmark them.
