So here's my question.

I have an .iso file that I got from a friend because I want to install windows on my mac with Parralels but I'm scared that I will mess my Mac up or something so I figured I would try to get some info on this first.

1. Can I use just the .iso file or do I have to burn the .iso file to a disk ?
2. If I have to burn it on a disk how and what program should I use ?
3. Are there any problems that I can run into when I got both system on my mac ?

I'm using a new MacBook Pro.

Hopefully someone can help. Thanks in advance.

The most important question you didn't ask is..."Is it legal to install Windows on your Mac with an .iso file. And do you have your own legal install key...especially since this came from a friend...and didn't purchase it yourself.
