Whenever I try to access the Input Managers folder, I get the following error message:

The folder “InputManagers” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.

I am the administrator, and I cannot find any options in the system settings that would allow/deny me access to this folder. Can anyone help?

Select the folder and show its info (command+i), is there a admin entry in the permissions?
If not you need to add them via the + on the bottom, then choose Administrators and add them.
