mail problem

I have a problem regarding mail service , i have 4 emails linked to the mail service and the problem is the service keeps asking me for password , i have to re-enter the password every now and then ...

anyone have a clue of what is going on ?

What mail service? ISP? And which mail client are you using? Also, when you post include your machine specs and which version of OS X you're using.
