What version of Adobe Acrobat [not reader] would I need so I could run it on a G4 1.25 ghz MDD running 10.4.11, that would also run on 10.5, in case I install that?

I am going to look for some legitimate, used software, but want to buy the right version.

Thank you.

Version X comes in at $399 so good luck buying it second hand and Version X is compatible with OS X.4.3 and above so that would work with Leopard also.

A word of caution many folks run into problems trying to get the key code accepted when it has been used previously by another user. Have you looked at FOXIT?

What about Acrobat Professional for Mac, OSX 10.2.2? Would that work on 10.4 and 10.5?

No, I have not tried Foxit, but it appears that is just a reader, like Acrobat Reader, and it allows markup? I want full capability.

Depends on what version Professional. Jaguar is a pretty old OS and no doubt you would require updates to run on later systems.
