eureka I found a solution to search for files on a mac

A program called find any file "http://apps.tempel.org/FindAnyFile/" will do just that. I was tired of clicking through directories to find files that were and/or were not system files but just happened to be in locations that the finder or spotlight will not search. pain in my buttoks. This program even searches within files with the .app extension. Beautiful
