Hi, I've never put in my own RAM before, but it sounds easy. I do, however, want to know exactly what kind of ram I need before I go in and some helpful tech givews me the wrong info. I'd rather not drive 20+ miles to the Apple store if I can avoid it.

I await the day that I have $2300 to get a new mac, but in the meantime, I just want to install programs that demand more RAM.

Thank you, thank you, Clare in IB, CA
