Hello all,

I inserted a disk into the super drive and when I try to open it I get this message: The following disk images failed to mount. It also says the reason is that there is no mountable file systems. Note the file extension is .dmg

MY question is how do I open this file on the disk?

Thanks.

Usually happens when the file is corrupt, if it isn't though try repairing permissions by going to applications>utilities>disk utility and repairing permissions from there. Also sounds a bit cliche but have you tried turning off and on again? lol

I tried to repair the permissions but I am not able to click on it. I am restarting my computer now.

Still can't open it... I'm download toast 10 titanium. Hopefully this will work.

Make sure you also ask Roxio to send you the CD. May cost a bit more than the download copy but IMO worth while to keep as backup.
