iTouch Doesn't Skip Songs Programmed to Skip While Shuffling

Hi!

On my iTunes, I have programmed several hundred songs to skip when it's shuffling. Do you have any suggestions as to how to make the songs skip when I shuffle the songs? ITunes skips the songs when I shuffle them on the computer, just not on the ipod.
