Hi, Im with Virgin Media and today completely lost all internet, I tried both my laptop (PC) and the imac, neither of which worked, I eventually got the laptop to re-connect but now the Mac will not, it shows the network but it keeps asking for the network key, when entered it just says 'connection timed out', I really don't know what else to try, Ive rebooted the router and the computer numerous times but it just refuses to connect.
Please help!
