How do I change the default browser in Mail?

I've taken a liking to the Shiira browser, and have it all customized to the way I like it. But whenever I click on a link in my Mail, it opens the page up with Safari.

Is there a way to make it so it opens with Shiira?

Open Safari and go to Preferences.
Under the General heading, you will see a drop down menu to choose your Default Web Browser.
You should be able to choose Shiira from there and you are all set.

In safari go to Safari -> Preferences and set Shiira as your default browser
