Photo Batching Software for Adding Layers?

I'm looking for something similar to the photo magic app available for Windows but obviously for my MBP.

Basically I wish to create one single photo from hundreds of photos shot via time-lapse of the stars in the night sky. This would create a star circle.

A photo batch converter which simply has an input folder, and an output folder would possibly do the trick if the functionality is there.

Any recommendations my good friends?
