Extra Large Winterboard Icon but Cant open!!

Ok so I went to upgrade in Cydia because I haven't in a while. Everything else works fine except for this icon! I can't open winterboard, but I also can't delete it. When I toggle to delete icons, that one doesn't give me the option to get rid of it. I do use winterboard so I wish it would work, or at least get off my screen cause it is huge! Any help would be great! Thanks

Can you use spotlight to find winterboard or cydia and uninstall the icon?
