I don't know if anyone has had this problem, but whenever i scroll over something like the ex to get out of a program, the ex doesn't pop up automatically. This has been affecting my gaming because in starcraft two, it won't let me scroll and if it does, the next time i try to click on the screen, it sends me to the upper right hand corner of the screen.
