It's been about a week with the new machine I thought I would toss out an update.
My initial reget of not getting the 17" is gone. As I said in previous post, I thought that would go away after carrying it around for a week...and it did.
Heat worries are gone also. Unlike my other machine, I have this one open and running as an external monitor for my Dell 24" LCD. My 15" was closed and "docked" before. Since the introduction of the FaceTime Beta I am glad to have the lid open and camera turned on.
