Hi all
I am using mdfind command to search the items in my system, but it fails when i login as a root in SnowLeopard and Leopard.If I login as a user then it works fine.
For eg. If my application is on the desktop and i type command in terminal
mdfind -onlyin ~/desktop applicationname
it wont display any result.
It is working only if my application is in the "Applications" on my mac.
