My emails to to junk boxs

Set up my email for my company but everywhere I send it, it seems to go directly to peoples junk mail. Is this anything to do with it being HTML message or something, Thanks if you can help.

It could in some instances, but overall, no, it has to do with their settings. I get emails from new contacts all the time that already have multiple addresses from the same domain that get sent to my junk mail. They just need to add the first one they get to their safe senders list.

Some folks just don't know how to do this. Have one in my office that I've quit counting how many times I've shown him how to do it and still doesn't get it.
