Go into Start Up Items and delete the file and it is not wise to pirate another person's software and/or keycode.

Otherwise a format and clean install coming up.

I guess that's what happens when you illegally install software. The license for Final Cut is for one machine only.

To get rid of that message navigate to:

MacIntosh HD/Library/StartupItems/

Find the offending folder and delete it. The message will then go away. If you can't delete it because it states that it's in use, reboot your machine in safe mode and delete it from there.

@thematey

You triple posted this same message. Cross posting causes confusion and multiple responses which amounts to clutter. Post in only one forum and continue posting to the same thread. So far you managed to get two moderators to have to juggle your posts. And you've been warned about illegally using software. Not a good way to start in these forums.... :\
