Insurance on the iPhone 4?

Is there such a thing as an insurance policy for the iPhone 4? If I buy the AppleCare for my iPhone 4, does it cover breakage of the glass? TIA.

Applecare only covers defect to the hardware and is not insurance per-se. AT&T doesn't offer insurance for iPhones as they do other phones. If you have homeowners/renter insurance check with your agent. Odds are that your policy will cover accidental damage to your iPhone just like it would your TV or anything else in your home, but your deductible would apply. Your auto insurance may also cover it as well depending on where/how the damage occurs.
