Hello!
I have a client I am working with that has requested custom templates for Word, and I have to write instructions on certain elements. I have created a custom chart template (.ctrx file) that has the client's requested colors and look. I am able to easily use it in Word 2007 on the PC. The client primarily works with Macs, though. I am not at all familiar with Macs, but a co-worker brought her MacBook in for me to test things on. I transferred the chart template file over to the Mac, even found where the "Chart Templates" folder is located within Finder, and copied my file to the folder. However, unlike the PC version, I am not able to simply "insert" my own chart template. I tried Insert > Chart like on the PC, but there is not a "Templates" option available in the "ribbon" that pops up.
Does anyone know if there's a way to insert custom chart templates, or is this option not available for Mac?
Thanks!
