17 inch 2 GHz C2D imac (5,1) with 3GB DDR2 RAM, X1600 (128MB memory) GPU - OSX 10.6.3
The OS looks nice I guess. It's no iOS but it's not bad either. Compared to MS's previous mobile efforts it's a big improvement though.

The hardware though has 2 big flaws:
1. Too many different versions to support. And who knows if they'll all get the latest version of the OS either.
2. The Hardware is just plain ugly.

That's my 2¢

They just need to fix the Gears of War problem for Winodws Live, and I'll be happy!
