Backing up IPhone

ok so about a week ago my Macbook Pro's Hard Drive died. So i lost everything. i still have my iphone that was synced to all my photos,music, and videos but i cant connect it to itunes cause ill lose everything.

So the apple store told me they can back up my phone for 30 bucks but id rather find a better way.

Of course, if I didn't have a backup, I'd also have gladly given Apple my $30.

No one is offering their labor for free for this.
I think Senuti will allow you to transfer 1,000 songs before you have to pay.
