I went to a flash games website to play some games but this mac is just displaying a white backround where the game should be, and ive already downloaded flashplayer and shockwave. Is there a procedure to tell safari that these applications are there.

Can you share the website? There's really nothing special to getting Flash games running. It's just a matter of having Flash installed, unless the site is doing something silly.

I've had that before. You just gotta wait, because the game is actually loading under the white screen, for me it usually pops up after two minutes. But if you wait longer than 10 minutes, refresh. It'll show up eventually. As long as the site isn't messed up...
