I ahve just got a G4 quick silver and cant watch youtube movies, its like a slide show! can anyone help. I'm running 10.4.11 with 1gb ram, a fast internet connection, I know its an old mac but surely I can watch youtube?? any help would be very much appreciated. Thanx Jake

Its the newer version of Flash that seems to ruin youtube. See if you can downgrade to I think its flash v8 or v9 and it should play a bit smoother, also try right clicking the player and pressing settings. Untick the box saying use hardware acceleration. That got me a few extra frames on my old Powerbook G4.

Download Camino. Then when you get to a video click 240p or enter &fmt=5 at the end of the video url and refresh. The it should run fine.
