My wife is having an issue with some ActiveSync software that she downloaded on her MacBook (10.5). She decided to delete it, so she moved the program from the Applications folder and emptied the trash, but a popup keeps appearing asking if she wants to sync with her products. She tried reinstalling it and deleting again, but it continues to appear. Has this happened with anyone else? Any suggestions on how to permanently get rid of it?
