From a little help from google, (your best friend) it seems to be a resource file from Adobe Reader 9 .......

Have a look HERE and its in Alphabetical Order .....

As to if its important ??? Well i googled the Path under the Actual file name and bought me to a McFee site HERE and something about a Virus ??

Are you running windows via bootcamp or parallels ??

I got the same search results TM got and it seems to be part of Adobe Acrobat for Windows. Do you have Windows Via Bootcamp or a VM installed?

It's very possible the OSX version of Adobe Acrobat uses that file also. Go for it.

You do have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed though correct?

I've deleted it now, turned my mac off and on again, and everything seems fine. I can open Adobe files so all seems well. I dislike it when my mac puts random files in the bin, it worries me.. Oh well.

Thanks again x
