final fantasy vii

hi, i recently got the urge to play final fantasy vii again but i dont know if i can play it on a mac. Im running a macbook pro 2.66 ghz. Is it possible to get a final fantasy vii rom and an emulator for mac?

You could always install Windows on your MBP. Have you thought about doing that instead of trying to run Final Fantasy using emulation software (Crossover)? By the way, the game was released for Windows in 1998! As far as I know it was never released for the Mac.

Didn't they have the PC version for Windows? Unless you are talking about PSX emulation >_>"?

i think there was a PC version but i wanted to know if i can run it as a rom on an emulator

By the way, the game was released for Windows in 1998!

Did either of you notice what I posted? Yes, the game was released for Windows in 1998. And as I stated above, it's best to run it from a Boot Camp Windows installation not emulation software.
