OWC has a WD 5200 RPM 1 TB 2.5" drive but has a note with it stating that the drive is 12.5 MM in height and may not fit in all Mac notebooks.

All the 2.5" 1TB drives are 12.5mm in height. Macs are designed for 9mm drives. When the first one hit the market a year or so ago, there were quite a few that tried one in their MBPs (there was no 13" MBP at the time). Most of the reviewers ended up removing them. I personally wouldn't even attempt it with a 13".

WD has a 750GB drive at 9.5mm with a number of reviewers saying it fits in both the MB and MBP.
