Just updated. No major noticeable changes. Apparently, there's added support for Air Tunes and AppleTV. Behind-the-scenes stuff.
Spoke too soon... There's an added Ping side bar to the right when viewing your Music Library, Purchased items, and a few of the Playlists. It shows your recent activity. Kind of a neat idea.
