Macbook keys

Hey everyone. I bought this macbook about 5 months ago. The volume keys dont work. also most of my symbols do nothing! ive been trying to figure out how to fix it but cant. any help would be nice. thank you


idk if it normals but when i use the shift button it makes a click noise?

By any chance, have you at any stage accidentally spilled any liquid on your keyboard?

Ok then, in that case, I would be making an appointment with Apple Genius bar to get it sorted seeing that is is still under warranty. It should be a fairly quick fix, as the keyboard replacement is a quite a simple procedure.

If you have Windows installed through Bootcamp, does it do the same thing there?
