...on Windows 7 and Explorer v.?

It worked on Monday, but not since.

Clicking on Quick Links just refreshes the current page now.

I don't know Windows very well. No idea where to start.

We haven't changed anything so if it was working, it must be something on your end.

It sort of worked today. The drop down reappeared after being MIA for four days. But after clicking the Mark as Read selection and a refresh, forum apples were still red (in color). Looking at the times of unread threads now, it clearly didn't mark them.

Which version of IE are you using? Most are pretty buggy or in beta :)

As mentioned in the original post, version ?

I don't know. I'll have to look for it. Not sure exactly where I'll find that.

If you were using Windows 7 at the time, then you were also using IE 8. IE 8 has been stable here, no problems with quick links. Might have been a temporary glitch on your end.

Version numbers for apps in Windows are pretty much always found in the menu under 'Help - About...' vs 'Title of App - About...' in OS X.
