Syncing between 3 devices?

Hi guys, I need some help

I have an iMac at home .... use my Macbook at work and then have just got the Ipod Touch for the gym.

I need something to sync my mail between all 3 so it's constantly the same without messing up - does that make sense? I saw Apple promote this thing on iTunes called Mobile Me - is there anything else like that, maybe for free or something someone can recommend? Thanks

Yup, Gooogle Mail. It uses IMAP so all your mail stays the same between devices. If you delete an email on the Touch, it will do the same on all the other devices and if you read an email on another device it is marked as read on the other devices etc. And its free
