20" iMac 2.4GHz w/ WD My Book 500GB HDD. MacBook Pro 2.4GHz. iPhone 5, white, 16 Gigs.
Is Skype video calling feature still not working on the new iPod Touch 4th Gen? I've read somewhere that the only video calling feature working on the new iPod Touch 4th Gen is through Facetime, and ONLY if both parties have either an iPhone or the new iPod Touch.

Skype hasn't implemented the use of Video calling yet. At least I don't think.

That is correct, Skype has not yet (if they ever will) implemented video chat into the iPhone/iPod app.

However, another option you could look into is Fring, which works across multiple devices.
