Hi

any help would be great.

I have installed Office 2008 on my mac book and would like to uninstall this product and custom install excel only.

I have tried the Remove Office Tool and keep getting the same error message.

"The application Remove Office Quit Unexpectedly"

If does give you an option to relaunch and reset but this only reverts to the origional error message.

Is there any other way on uninstalling the program fully.

You don't have to remove Office 2008 just to custom install Excel. Just insert your Office 2008 CD and start the installation. The Office 2008 installer will start and you can then select, deselect those components you wish to keep or remove. And you can at the same time choose any customization you desire for Excel.
