I finally got Tiger running on my iBook. However I was wondering if I could erase Panther off of it now? This laptop has a very small amount of memory in it (embarrassing but it only has 10G ) so every bit of space counts. I want to free it up as much as possible so it runs as fast as possible.

If I understand correctly, you just installed Panther but now want to get rid of it? If you wipe the hard drive, you will no longer have Panther on your computer so you couldn't really do anything with the space.
