Moving iTunes library from older mac to new mac

I want to copy my iTunes library on my older mac (iTunes7) to my new mac (iTunes10) to include playlists and other info if possible. I'll do this using a flash drive. Can I use "Export Library..." to move the library to the flash drive? And then use "Add to Library..." to move it from the flash drive to the new computer? I want to make sure I don't lose a couple of songs already on the new version.
Anyone have some advice as to the best way to do this?
